Return and Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully, as we do not return for change of mind. Exchanges may be considered if notified within 2 weeks of receiving the product – items must be unworn and undamaged. The final decision regarding an exchange is at the discretion of the seller. In these cases, all shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and fees include a $15 restocking fee. For incorrect size choices, alterations can be made for a fee. Shipping to and from FL+M for repairs or resizing will be at the expense of the customer. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss repairs.
You are entitled to automatic guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. This includes guarantees regarding manufacturing faults. In the case of a product breakage, it first needs to be determined whether this is due to a manufacturing fault or whether it is from a result of damage or wear and tear. Breakage due to wear and tear or damage is not covered under warranty but may be considered for repair for a fee. Breakages that are determined due to a manufacturing fault will be covered under warranty. Items returned for assessment are at the expense of the customer. Final decisions regarding the nature of the damage are at the discretion of the seller.
